Before checking out, read all the FAQs, Terms and Conditions and Care Instructions. We are unable to accommodate changes to your orders 3 days after you place the order and onwards.  Due to the unique, personalized and handmade to order nature of keepsake jewelry, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Every piece is unique. Your materials are as unique as you are – the color, composition, texture and other properties are all different. The pictures on the website are just sample photos but we cannot guarantee your pieces will look identical to them.

Note that small bubbles can sometimes occur in the process of creating your keepsake stone but we'll try our best to avoid it. We cannot alter the nature of your materials and hence, it will take the color and texture that you sent them. Breastmilk stones may sometimes have small solid white flecks, this is natural to preserved breastmilk.

Note the turnaround time that will be on the banner on top of the website – generally, orders ship in 12-16 weeks from the time we receive your materials.
